Since 2010, The Worldwide Photography Gala Awards has been dedicated to selecting and showcasing exceptional artists worldwide, providing a platform to elevate their careers and fostering the appreciation of photography. In 2019, the organization took a significant step by founding FotoNostrum in the dynamic and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona.
FotoNostrum stands as a global hub centered around photography. Nestled in the heart of Barcelona, this extraordinary space boasts a substantial exhibition area covering 9,150 square feet (850 square meters) across two levels. It hosts a series of solo and collective exhibitions annually, featuring the works of both established photographers and emerging talents.
OUR MISSION
FotoNostrum is on a mission to increase society's comprehension and admiration of photography, recognizing its ever-evolving significance in contemporary culture. Our goal is to champion emerging artists by cultivating audiences, fostering dialogues within the photographic community, and encouraging discussions between photographers and the public. We aim to ignite curiosity about photography through various mediums, including publications and exhibitions, both within our vibrant space in Barcelona and at external venues like prestigious art fairs.
